Terms and Conditions

PRODUCT APPLICATION

We are unable to accept liability for items which have been suggested as a possibility by ourselves but which subsequently prove unsuitable for a particular application. Definitive advice on suitability and compatibility, in addition to technical information, should be sought directly from the manufacturer.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

Before signing, please check that all goods on the delivery note are correct and agree with your own requirements. Delivery is carriage paid only on Cooper Callas vehicles to account address.

DAMAGE/FAULTY GOODS

All baths must be inspected at time of delivery. No credit will be considered once delivery has been accepted.

All other products should be inspected within 3 days of receipt and any damage reported immediately to the Bicester Sales Office.

Damage claims will not be considered after installation has started. Goods will not be accepted for return if they have been installed with visible defects.

All products with a manufacturing fault will normally be credited in full. The exact nature of the fault must be specified at the time of requesting the return.

RETURN OF GOODS

All requests for return of goods should be made in writing and must state:

1. Invoice or delivery note number
2. Date of Supply
3. Reason for requesting return

All goods returned will be subject to inspection by Cooper Callas and/or the manufacturer.

The acceptance of goods for return does not imply that full or part credit will be given.

GOODS NOT REQUIRED

Whilst Cooper Callas are under no obligation to accept back goods that are not required, it is our usual policy to arrange collection of such items without handling charge, providing they meet the following:

1. The request for return is made within 14 days of purchase from Cooper Callas.
2. The goods are current replaceable stock.
3. The goods are in saleable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.

If greater than 14 days since date of purchase, a minimum handling charge of 25% will be applied.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Payment for special orders is required at the time of order. Special order product is non-returnable and non-refundable.

SETTLEMENT TERMS STRICTLY MONTHLY ACCOUNT

Delivery carriage paid on our own vehicles to account holder address. All prices subject to VAT.

Efforts will be made to notify alterations as soon as possible. However we reserve the right to change prices without prior notification subject to imposed manufacturer price increases.

Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at the date of despatch.
