Our new Head Office and Central Distribution complex is situated in Bicester, with further distribution centres in Glasgow, Leeds & Newton Abbot.

A total stock holding of approximately £5 million of products and a fleet of 38 delivery vehicles gives us the ability to offer a reliable, quick and efficient service to even far reaching customers from Cornwall to Scotland.

With our substantial stocks, large transport fleet and skilled staff , the company is proud of its reputation for service and reliability.

We have a skilled team of people based at Bicester handling all sales enquiries for the Bicester, Leeds & Glasgow areas. Newton Abbot has it's own regional sales office handling their customer enquiries. Also based at Bicester is our dedicated Villeroy & Boch team who are focused entirely on those particular retailers and merchants, thus enabling us to offer a highly individual service on this brand.

Externally we have 8 Sales Executives led by Neil Beswick, our National Sales Manager. You can read all about them as well as see their pictures on a dedicated page!

Our quarterly Price Book is now the industry bible, detailing products, images and prices with a high degree of accuracy. It is in use in the majority of trade counters and showrooms throughout the country.

We also offer a consumer oriented brochure called ‘Your Bathroom’. This is available to merchants and retailers and our sales Executives will be delighted to discuss this opportunity with you.
